We provide free 30-day exchanges/returns on all bras and bodysuits. To be eligible, we must receive the items you wish to exchange or return within 30 days of the date on which your order was placed.
- For returns: All return merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all okko tags attached in their original position. Email email@example.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a free return shipping label. The refund and inspection process can take up to 21 days after your return package has been received at our warehouse. Note that once a refund has been issued, your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit back to your account.
- For exchanges: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the new size or color you'd like to exchange your current item(s) for. We’ll provide a free return shipping label. Upon receiving the unwanted item(s) at our warehouse, we'll send out the new item(s) pursuant to our standard shipping times. You will receive an email confirmation at that time. If we receive a return package after the 30-day window has passed, we reserve the right to return the items back to you or issue you store credit.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, reusable nipple covers, or socks.
Also, all international sales are final, as we cannot process international returns at this time.
