How do I care for my okko bras and underwear?

General

For the bra, remove cups before wash. Wash items gently in cold water. Hang or line dry. Do not bleach or iron your products to prevent damage to the color and material.

Recommended Care

Undies should be washed after every use. We recommend removing cups before wash and washing your Signature Bra after every 3-4 wears. If you misplace your bra cups, send us a note at [e-mail], so we can send you new ones ASAP.

Hand-washing is gentlest on your pieces, but we know you’re busy, so this may just not be a realistic all the time. As an alternative, we recommend placing garments in a mesh laundry bag before running in the washing machine to help extend the life of your underwear. Wash & Use Guidelines

Your bras can use some R&R, just like you. Rotating them throughout the week allows the elastane fabric to recover and last you even longer.

While we’ve built our items to last in supporting your busy life, undergarments should still be refreshed on a regular basis. Gynecologists recommend replacing regularly worn undies at least once a year, as certain bacteria accumulate over time regardless of washing. Bra replacement will depend on wear frequency and care; as a guideline, when the bottom begins to feel loose it’s time for an update.
